Getting home improvement estimates can be very stressful due to high-pressure salesman tactics that the big box stores/home improvement company’s use. At All State Remodeling, Ltd., we will never use high-pressure tactics to get your home improvement project.

Once we meet with you at your home, we will spend a little time getting to know each other. We do an initial walk-through and we will explore ideas & formulate must haves. We then work with you about the specifics about your home improvement project.
Getting the specifics about your ideas for your home improvement project is the first step. To get a realistic estimate we then inspect, measure, photograph and document the existing home improvement area of potential work.
Upon completion of our free no hassle consultation we will verbalize an initial investment range estimate, conclude our meeting by thanking you for the opportunity of meeting with you to discuss your home improvement needs.
The following day we will put together our written estimate and send it to you for further consideration and we will give a follow-up call to answer all your questions, concerns and would be honored to work with you to make your house, into your home.
Ready to begin your home improvement project(s)? Great, it is simple and easy to get started on your home improvement project. We will meet with you to review and answer all your questions and concerns. Discuss with you on any changes that you may want and any additional costs or credits due to changes in scope of work before signing our home improvement project contract.
When everything is agreed upon we start by ordering the materials required for your home improvement project and put together a timeline to be delivered to us. From there we put together the final starting work schedule for your home improvement project and completion date.
We always keep you in the loop and we will update you on the delivery dates, start date, work schedule and estimate completion date for your home improvement project with phone calls, emails, text and meet with you on the start date. We are always available to you to answer all your questions and concerns.
Our crews our professional and start work within the time you agreed at your home, as well as, are courteous and respectful of all our customers and their homes. We clean up each day to keep dust and debris to a minimum and reduce any possible safety hazards while work is being completed to your home.
When your home improvement project ends, we will do a final inspection walk-through to ensure the quality of every detail. We will provide all materials warranty for your files.
